The Service is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite AI Empire LLC (doing business as "Empire AI Solutions")'s total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
